User Name and Passwords


When you enroll in training through the Student Enrollment Center, a customer account will be established for the person that process payment. You will have the option of creating a customer account, or you can check-out as a guest. If you check-out as a guest, you will be automatically set up for an account and assigned a random password for the Enrollment Center. If you choose to create a customer account, you will use your email address and choose a password. This account log-in is to access your payment history, and process future payments.

This is completely different information from the log-in that you will use to access trainings.  

Why is there separate log-in for the Enrollment Center? This is because it is very common that the person paying the tuition is a director or supervisor, and not the student.

Enrolled students should go to www.cdatraining.org/student.htm, and click on the title of the training to access the log-in page for that program.


Training Instructions and Logging In


Once you have finished the payment transaction, you will be routed to a ORDER COMPLETE page. Make sure that you click on the Download Files link to view the instructions for your training.

An automated payment receipt will be sent to the email address that was used to process payment. That email receipt will also have the link to Download Files.

An additional email will be sent to the student as soon as we have activated your course access. That email will provide you with additional information for getting started.


Training Passwords


Training passwords are activated between 8 am and 9 pm, 7 days a week.

If you register between 9 pm and 8 am (during the night), your username and password will be activated first thing the next day.

Term of Training Access


Your log-in information will expire upon completion of the training. You will have twelve months from registration to complete the training and then you will no-longer have access to the training.

A chargeback is a claim by the credit card owner that the card was used fraudulently. If a chargeback is filed on your payment transaction, you will be charged $20 in addition to being responsible for the training registration fees. This most often occurs when the credit card owner forgets that they gave permission for the card to be used, or does not recognize the charge on their credit card statement.

Certificates and credit for the training will not be issued until the full registration fee, plus chargeback fee has been paid. Canceling the fraudulent use claim with the credit card company is not a solution, there will still be a $20 fee and it will take the credit card company up to 6 months to return the funds to us. Filing false claims is a serious problem that is not easily resolved. The student is ultimately responsible for all costs due to a chargeback, please make sure that you document your credit card charges carefully.
